How to start a small talk？
如何自然地开启一段对话呢？

1. Weather 天气

Weather is the easiest topic to start with because everyone has an opinion on it. You can
talk about the weather conditions that day or week and ask your conversation partner if they
have any plans.
天气是最容易上手的话题，因为每个人都有可以自己的观点。你可以谈论当天或一周的天气状
况，并询问对方是否有任何计划。

2. Kids 孩子

If your co-workers are parents, then kids are a good way to get them talking. Parents always
have stories about their children and enjoy being able to share their concerns.
如果你的同事是父母，那么孩子是让他们开口的好方法。父母总是有很多关于自己孩子的故事，
并非常享受跟别人分享。

3. News 新闻

World events or local problems are another great way to start a conversation. Not only can
you talk about something that interests you, but you can also learn something from the
discussion.
世界大事是另一个开始谈话的好方式。你不仅可以谈论一些你感兴趣的事情，还可以从讨论中
学到一些东西。

3. Personal interests 个人兴趣

Talking about interests like sports, music or movies is probably the best way to get to know
your peers. After finding out what they are interested in, it’s easier to invite them out for a
beer after work or maybe even a sports game.
谈论运动、音乐或电影等兴趣可能是了解同龄人的最好方法。在发现他们对什么感兴趣之后，
下班后邀请他们去喝一杯啤酒，甚至是一场体育比赛，都会更容易。

4. Work 工作

Whether you are talking to a co-worker or a stranger, work is often a good place to start.
With co-workers, it's a common topic that both of you can easily share opinions about.
However, while it's good to show your interest, be careful not to ask anything too personal.
无论你是和同事还是陌生人，工作通常都是一个很好的谈话起点。对于同事来说，这是一个共
同的话题，两人可以很容易地分享各自观点。然而，虽然表现自己的兴趣是好的，但小心不要
问任何过于私密的东西。
